Individual Counseling: Individuals seek counseling for a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, work stress or challenging life transitions.  Individual support can often lessen the stressors experienced during these times and increase feelings of hopefulness and happiness.  Space to communicate challenges, consider options and reflect on past successes can provide respite and insight.

Couples Counseling: Couples often enter counseling with concerns about their communication, roles within the relationship or intimacy.  While these concerns may feel overwhelming, they are normal and can be resolved.  Partners often feel "stuck" in unhelpful patterns of communication and find that their attempted solutions aren't working.  By using new communication tools, identifying positive patterns of interaction and attending to issues of intimacy, couples can make great strides in counseling.

Premarital Counseling: Engagement is the perfect time to begin growing the foundation of a marriage.  This short-term counseling allows couples to build their relationship tool kit, identify areas of strength and mitigate potential challenges.  Premarital counseling can be a highly engaging process and an investment worth making.

Discernment Counseling: While some couples enter therapy motivated to repair their relationship, others find themselves on the brink of divorce.  At times, one partner seeks reconciliation while the other is uncertain about the viability of the relationship.  Discernment counseling was developed to help couples determine whether the relationship can or should be saved.  Meeting separately with the therapist, each partner receives the time and space to discern next steps.
